Happy New Year TiMP Nation and Blessings to you all. Our perspective to start the new year is I’m with Him. Our study scriptures this week are:
Revelation 3:20 and John 16:33.
Now, it is natural human nature to want to connect with others. We seek out various relationships from friendships, acquaintances, to close companions and so on, you get the idea. Then through trial and error we make decisions on the fit and closeness of those individuals in our lives. Some relationships can take you down. Others can elevate or enhance your life. Through it all some remain and some don’t stand the test of time.
Now for the lucky few of us we end up with that friend that’s tried and true. Their name is known throughout all the circles. They have pull to get you into places you otherwise would be considered an outsider or not good enough to enter. If you have never experienced it there is something really gratifying to say, “I’m with Him” and getting the best seat or table in the house.
This is exactly the kind of dynamic you have or can have in a relationship with Jesus Christ. His power and reach is above anything you could ever imagine. His connection to the top is unparalleled. The doors He can open are are endless. He is simply the best friend and companion to be in a relationship with. You see, when you say “I’m with Him” it’s not just for a moment it’s for an eternal lifetime. This is why from the biblical prophets, to the disciples, to the redeemed of the Lord we preach and teach Jesus! Because if I’m with Him, I don’t need anyone else! Amen and Amen!
