Part 2: The Fake Reality of Compromise

Feburary 16, 2020

After last week most may be wondering why is this subject important. Well when you consider our perception of how we apply compromise versus God being uncompromising in His standard it should make sense. We ourselves and our children are constantly inundated with the culture of anything goes and we can still have a relationship with God. We must open our eyes to the fake reality of this behavior. Have you ever noticed especially when it comes to having a God based conversation. The first people to complain you are judging them are those who are actually living in compromise or contrary to God’s truth. Normally those who have relinquished themselves to God and desire to be obedient to His word take no issue with corrective judgement.

You see judgment walks hand in hand with decision making and those decisions help define truth when you see or hear it. God had me use the “Entertainment” industry as an example. Because they tell us daily that everything is acceptable as long as you live your truth. That freedom of expression is getting in touch with who you are. We have parents and some churches instilling a mixed bag of the world and false teachings about what God really has to say on the matter of sexual sin. They promote it from homosexuality, transgender to idolatry etc...and are being praised and applauded for it. God is not pleased nor amused! The reality is if you really want to show you love someone then tell them the truth. Not your truth but God’s truth which is the only real truth there is.
